Recent Work

So it has come to my attention that there are actually people looking at my blog and I should therefore make some more regular updates, so here goes......

Today will be a few photos of some of my favourite work recently (or not so recently) done for Kaisercraft. There are so many things I love about my job and here's a few reasons why......

Still totally love the Mr Fox collection and making all the goodies for this page was so much fun! For instructions to make these yourself just check out the Kaisercraft website www.kaisercraft.com.au

How could I forget to upload a picture of these invites? They took me a while but love I the result...glitter in the sand, mini vintage looking invite inside and Molly helped write on each name tag.

Molly's Pirate Party

We had a Pirate Party for Molly's 9th birthday....at her request! It was a fair bit of work, admittedly most of it was done by my amazing friend Melinda but I did make the cake which is a first for me (and probably last)! A massively fun day and hopefully a lifelong memory for Molly.

Layouts for Kaisercraft....May collections

Don't be fooled by the masculinity of Kaisercraft's "Mr Fox" collection, it can also be used to scrap your feminine photos. This photo was taken before Megan and I went to the Pink concert. We spend so much time and energy on our families it was soooooo great to have a night out for ourselves. Super fun night with billions of giggles, dancing and even a few cocktails!!
Seems so long ago that Abbey was at kindy but she will always be my little girl. Love the "Storyteller" collection from Kaisercraft and it's delicate florals. I decided to go simple with this layout and actually love the look of it.

A Quick Update...

Wow! Those two months flew by! How does that happen? I guess with teaching at a scrapbook expo, training to climb stairs, work, school commitments and raising two young ladies time can get away.

It's been a great couple of months though. Dad's health has stabilized, work is busy and fun, training not so good but I have started doing some sessions back with my trainer which will help and to top it all off, today I had the most exciting meeting......scrapbookers keep your eyes and ears open for an incredibly exciting event.....you read it here first!

Here's some snapshots of the last couple of months.....
Dad came to visit and as you can see the girls loved having him here, as did I.

Sorry about the silly lighting but this is my tutor wall at the Melbourne Scrapbook Expo.

Again, bad lighting but it's the Kaisercraft stand at the expo and we won best small exhibit which I was very excited about!

My delightfully cheeky and happy Abbey celebrated her birthday at Adventure Park.

This is why I take photos.

My Dad is really sick (more on that another time) and in October we all went to a playground together. We had a great time but I couldn't help wondering if that would be that last time....

Just a few more recent projects.....

A few work projects I've done over the last few months. They were all fun to make but the middle one is my fave. The labels are places I've been with my girls and we will pop the treasures we found on the shelves to remind us of each special place.
